Payment & Refund Policy

(A) Payment of Fees

  1. Full Payment Requirement
    All course fees must be paid in full on or before the commencement date of the course.
  2. Definition of Course Commencement
    Course commencement is defined as the point at which the student has:
    – Joined any official online learning group,
    – Attended a class (physically or virtually), or
    – Accessed any course materials, including video recordings or e-books.
  3. Late Payment Penalty
    A late payment penalty of 5% will be imposed on any overdue payments.
  4. Access Restriction for Unpaid Fees
    Students with outstanding fees may be barred from attending classes, accessing course materials, and/or sitting for examinations.
  5. Liability for Full Course Fees (Instalment/EPF Payment)
    Students who opt to pay via instalment plan or EPF withdrawal will be considered fully liable for the entire course fee once the initial deposit is paid.
    Failure to complete the remaining balance will result in Max Wealth Education Sdn Bhd initiating appropriate legal action to recover the outstanding amount.

(B) Refund & Transfer Policy

  1. Cooling-Off Period (Full Refund)
    A full refund is allowed within 7 calendar days from the date of enrolment.
    Enrolment is defined as the earlier of:
    (a) Submission of the enrolment form, or
    (b) Payment of the first installment.
  2. Withdrawal Before Course Commencement
    Students who withdraw in writing within 30 days of enrolment or before course commencement (whichever is earlier) will be eligible for a 50% refund, subject to a RM200 administrative fee.
  3. No Refund After 30 Days of Enrollment
    No refund will be provided after 30 days from the date of enrolment, regardless of course commencement or participation status. Students are encouraged to consider this policy before confirming their registration.
  4. No Refund After Course Commencement
    No refund will be provided once the course has commenced.
  • Course commencement is defined as the point at which the student has joined an official online learning group, attended a class, or accessed course materials.
  1. Transfer of Enrolment to Another Student
    Students may request to transfer their enrolment to a new student (i.e., someone who has never previously enrolled with Max Wealth Education Sdn Bhd) within 12 months of the original enrolment date. The transfer is only applicable to modules that have not yet started, defined as:
    • The student has not submitted the Google Form registration for the module, and
    • Has not received the textbook (either one condition not fulfilled qualifies).

The new student must pay:

    • Any difference in course fee, if the course fee at the time of transfer is higher, and
    • A RM200 administrative transfer fee.
    • In the event the new student’s course fee is lower than the original enrolment amount, no refund of the difference will be given.
  1. Submission of Requests
    All refund or transfer requests must be submitted in writing to Max Wealth Education Sdn Bhd, stating the reason for the request. Supporting documentation may be required.

CFP CERT TM Certification Program Payment & Refund Policy

(A) Payment of Fees

  2. Learning members will be barred from attending classes and/or exams if fees remain unpaid.

(B) Refund of Fees

  1. All fees paid are NOT refundable unless the course does not commerce or the candidate’s application is rejected by Max Wealth Education Sdn Bhd. Once the course commenced, the course fee is considered fully consumed.
  2. All withdrawals must be in writing at least 5 working days prior to the commencement date or full refund, penalty fee of RM200 will apply. Once the course has commenced, if candidate wishes to withdraw, he/she must write in within 10 working days from the commencement date of the course, only 50% of course fee will be refunded less penalty fee of RM200. Strictly no refund for ‘No Show’ or withdrawal after 10 working days from the commencement date.

All withdrawals are subject to a penalty fee of RM200 per module. Candidates are advised to contact Max Wealth Education Sdn Bhd staff in writing as soon as the situation for withdrawal arises, stating reason for withdrawal. Proof may be required.

  2. Super Early Bird Promotion: Only for those enrolled under Standard Package and settled full payment before 15th December or 31st May for the following semester. Optional Module/Workshop: NO super early bird discount
  3. Early Bird Promotion: Only for those enrolled under Standard Package and settled full payment before 15th January or 30th June for the following semester. Optional Module/Workshop: NO super early bird discount.
  4. EPF Withdrawals: All EPF withdrawals are not eligible for Super Early Bird / Early Bird promotion except for those who pay first and then file in request for EPF withdrawal letter.

  5. All fees stated here are valid only until 31st December 2019. This application form will not valid after the said date.
  6. All deferments require 1 week notice in writing prior to commencement date or else RM450 resit fee will be imposed.
  7. All replacement classes are subject to availability and require 1 week advance notice in writing or else RM30 per day fee will be imposed. Replacement class cannot be carried forward to the next semester.
